These terms apply to IslandBiz Bookings, a product of TERIMA (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
IslandBiz Bookings is software that lets a business take bookings and orders from its customers. We provide the software. The business, not IslandBiz, provides the services and goods you book or order.
For customers
- Give accurate contact details so the business can reach you.
- A booking or order is a request to the business. It is confirmed when the business accepts it.
- Prices, deposits, opening hours, payment methods and cancellation or refund rules are set by each business. Check them before you book.
- Any dispute about a service, goods or payment is between you and the business.
- Do not misuse the forms, send spam, or make false bookings.
For business owners and staff
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information about your business, services and prices, and honour the bookings and orders you accept.
- Handle your customers' information fairly and only for running your business.
- Fees and plans are as agreed with us. We may suspend a business that is unpaid, misuses the service or breaks the law.
Payments
At this time IslandBiz does not process payments. Customers pay the business directly, by the methods the business shows.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Please keep your own record of important bookings.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from a business's services or goods, missed or incorrect bookings, or downtime. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Vanuatu law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service. You can stop using the service at any time; we may end access for serious or repeated misuse.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vanuatu.
